Login email is not recognized

If you enter your login credentials and the system does not recognize them, you will see the following message: No accounts associated with this email. If you don’t remember your account email, please contact us at suppport@joatcart.com.

Do the following:

• Try using another email address you may have. You may have forgotten which email address you used to create your account.

• Double check your spelling as well

• Be sure you clicked Sign In, not Create new JoatCart account.

If you are still having trouble logging into your account, contact us at suppport@joatcart.com so that we could assist you.

Forgot password

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it using the password reset form. Please, see the detailed steps in our guide about resetting the password.
